The room is functional and generous sized for bed & breakfast. It offers lovely location close enough to the outskirts of the town, Galashiels and local landmarks.

This accommodation had a remote setting in a beautiful conservatory. Besides, the hotel was 7 km away from Old Tweed Bridge. There was a downstairs bar. I've had a lovely stay for service during our stay.

The hotel had a remote position just next door to Conservatory, the outskirts of the town and Courtyard restaurant. We saw Gala Water River, that's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Charming old hotel, I had a very nice stay. The room was newly renovated and functional with good facilities. The location was unbeatable for traveling around Galashiels, right by the river as well as the outskirts of Galashiels.

My room was airy with a very clean bed and a warm breakfast. Essentials that you need, such as a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk, were there. This accommodation was in the remote location on the outskirts of the town.

It's a beautiful historical friendly family run hotel nestled in a classic style building. The breakfast includes brilliant food like cereal and fruit. The employees are amiable and efficient.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

Special and spotlessly clean place, delightful view of the garden. Perfect, magnificent location really close to a lovely garden, and the nearest bus stop, efficient staff. About 15 minutes walk from Gala Water River.

Lovely traditional accommodation with excellent setting just off the hotel's former large garden, the outskirts of Galashiels, and the tower of the castle. What a very nice stay, nothing to complain about.

Lovely traditional hotel in the classic style. Brand-new & functional room with an amazing view. Magnificent location like to have a meal in the conservatory, in the very quiet area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Cauldshiels Loch. Perfect place for exploring Galashiels.

The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of meals to choose from. We got a room with a bath. The hotel was in the secluded setting in a top restaurant.
